FES Corporate plan 2015-2018

The corporate plan sets out how Forest Enterprise Scotland will deliver public benefits from the National Forest Estate and contribute to the Scottish Government’s purpose of "creating a more successful country, with opportunities for all of Scotland to flourish, through increasing sustainable economic growth".

Split into 6 themes, the corporate plan details the key priorities we will focus on over the three years from 2015 to 2018, in order to meet the key commitments laid out in ‘The Role of Scotland’s National Forest Estate and Strategic Directions’:

Annual targets and budget: 2015-2016

Each year we set targets to progress towards meeting the three-year corporate plan commitments. We also set a budget detailing our income, funding and expenditure, and a set of key performance indicators.
